Allset Pros LLC provides SMS and MMS communications via the A2P 10DLC system. Messages may include promotions, service updates, reminders, and informational alerts. By opting in, the user confirms they are the account holder, are 18 or older, agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, and understand standard message and data rates may apply.

Section 2 — Consent and opt-in
Consent is voluntary and obtained via web forms, digital sign-up flows, or SMS keyword programs. Opting in means agreeing to receive recurring automated messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Section 3 — Opt-out and STOP instructions
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe immediately
- One confirmation message will be sent, then messaging stops
- Reply HELP for support information
- Re-subscribe at any time via the website opt-in or by replying START

Message frequency varies by campaign and may be recurring. Standard message and data rates may apply. Allset Pros LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.
Section 5 — Prohibited uses
Users may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct; impersonation; spam; or any violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or applicable federal, state, or local law.
Section 6 — Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided "as is." Allset Pros LLC makes no warranties regarding delivery, uptime, or uninterrupted service.
Section 7 — Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allset Pros LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the messaging service.
Section 8 — Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes resolved in Pinellas County, Florida courts.
Section 9 — Changes to these terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
